Winston Chong, CA, CFP & CIPP is CEO of Life Planning Associates Pte Ltd (LPA). As a business owner and practitioner, Winston has been in the finance industry for over 40 years.

LPA specialises in jointly curating customised financial plans for individuals and families while bringing alignment between their finances and values. Integral to this has been the application of stewardship and philanthropy concepts to infuse and augment the traditional work areas of financial planning.

Prior to joining LPA, Winston was the Asia Pacific Head of Audit for UBS AG. While with UBS, he also served as the COO of a joint venture between Maybank and UBS. Before that he was JP Morgan’s Asia Pacific Head of IT Audit and the Head of Internal Audit of the Singapore office.

Winston’s foundational professional background was with two international public accounting firms in Singapore and New Zealand.

Winston also serves in various ministries in a local congregation and is a board member of two non-profits – Mission Resource Network in the US and Urban Wheat Singapore.

Hong Ngee and he have been married for 37 years and have three adult children.
