Richard is a loving husband to Cathy and a devoted father to their children, Rachel and Charles.

He is the founder of a leading fragrance and flavors company in the Philippines, which just celebrated its 25th anniversary.

Richard, alongside his wife, Catherine, is the founder of Business as Mission Philippines, and he currently holds the position of Chairman of Business as Mission Asia-Pacific.

Richard's commitment to serving others extends beyond his business endeavors.

For over 7 years, he held the position of Chairman of the Board of Deacons at Bread from Heaven Christian Fellowship, his home church.

During this period, together with the Board and Consistory, they spearheaded numerous initiatives and reforms aimed at supporting and uplifting both the congregation and church staff.

His commitment to his church also includes active involvement in the core team for married couples, where he mentors and guides couples on how to strengthen their relationships and navigate the complexities of married life. This year, he was ordained as an Elder of the church.

He also served on the Board of Trustees for a non-profit organization in the Philippines that implements holistic and transformational programs for marginalized communities across the country.

He is a mentor to the next generation, providing guidance on being a faithful steward as Christian business owner.

He emphasizes the importance of stewardship, urging the younger generation to uphold biblical business principles, lead with integrity and compassion, and manage their resources responsibly and purposefully.

In his free time, he enjoys exercising with his dog and watching movies with his family.

Above all, he strives to lead a life that glorifies and pleases God, continually rejoicing in God's grace and triumphs in every aspect of his life!
