James serves as Executive Director in Compass Asia Pacific. Compass Asia Pacific is part of Compass Global headquarter in Florida, USA. Located in Singapore, he serves the 12 countries in the region. These countries include China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Mongolia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. His passion is to teach marketplace people to handle money based on the principles of the Bible. He desires people to know Christ more intimately, be free to serve and to fund the Great Commission.

Since returning to Singapore in 1997, James worships in Bethesda Frankel Estate Church and has led many cell groups.

James graduated with a Master of Business Administration degree from Brunel University in 1996 and a Bachelor of Theology from Christian Life School of Theology USA. Currently, James is pursuing a doctorate in Leadership, Organization and Business focus in Entrepreneurships.

Prior to full-time ministry, James as a business professional is well established in strategic alliance, partnership management and solutions architect. Over the past thirty years, James had contributed significantly in several industry segments such as consumer electronics, communication, medical devices, safety, security and surveillance devices, for both private and public sectors.
